jana9 is committed to ensuring a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — repeated registration from the same payment method or device.
• Using any software, bot or automated method to gain an advantage in games or betting.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform for unlawful gain.
